The Corporate Operator
I built my career helping organisations win and mobilise complex transport contracts across the UK. Working across bids, programme delivery and mobilisation taught me that success isn't just about having a compelling strategy - it's about building the systems that make delivery possible.
The Community Builder
Exec Branch became my greatest classroom. Every event, conversation and connection reinforced the same lesson: the challenges ambitious professionals face are rarely confined to work. They're shaped by everything happening around it. That understanding continues to influence the way I speak, teach and build today.

Where it all began
Growing up in Zimbabwe shaped my resilience, curiosity and belief that opportunity can be created, even when resources are limited.

Moved to the UK and started rebuilding life in a completely different environment.

My first business
At sixteen, I started a tutoring business. It was my first experience of turning an idea into something real, and where my love of building began.

Failing my A-Levels
One of my biggest setbacks became one of my greatest teachers. It challenged how I defined success and taught me that one result doesn't determine your future.

Rewriting the story
Graduated from university as the Best Performing Student in my cohort. Three years after failing my A-Levels, it became a reminder that setbacks are chapters, not conclusions.

Began my career in transport, leading complex programmes that taught me strategy only creates impact when it's matched by execution.

Creating spaces for ambitious professionals
Founded Young Professionals Network, bringing together ambitious young professionals to connect, learn and grow. It was the first time I realised the power of community.

What started as a single event evolved into a leadership ecosystem connecting ambitious women across the UK and Zimbabwe.

The resident planner in the room.
Outside of work, I'm still the resident planner in my friendship group. Whether it's a holiday, dinner or weekend away, I'm usually the one putting the pieces together. Looking back, I think that's always been my way of showing people I care - creating experiences where everyone else can simply enjoy the moment.
Perhaps that's why everything I build, personally and professionally, comes back to the same belief: extraordinary things rarely happen by accident. They happen when vision meets intention, and intention is supported by the right systems.
The best events don't end when people leave the room.
They continue in the conversations they have, the decisions they make and the actions they take afterwards.
